this is by far the worse apartment in silver spring md nothing and i mean nothing gets fixed by management 95% of the apartments windows leaks when it rains out side and more when its stormin.. the clean up guy does nothing but clean his car every day.. thanks to management this place is a shit hole. they need to get rid of her red hair none managementin ass asap

I agree with John! They are nice apartments but since the management doesn't care the apartments suffer. They do need to get rid of the of the management she real doesn't do any work and she is never at work, meaning the rental office is never open. The clean up guy is always outside cleaning off his car but the handy man is really nice and goes out of his way to help people. I'm having problem with mice and roaches. This is a ongoing problem and management hasn't done anything about it. The price of the apartment are great but you get what you pay for. So think twice about moving here.
