The Jazzercise Silver Spring Fitness Center offers 60-minute group fitness classes that combine cardio, strength and stretch moves for a total body workout. Taking moves from hip-hop, yoga, Pilates, jazz dance, kickboxing and resistance training and bundling them into one hour, Jazzercise Silver Spring Fitness Center invites all ages, levels and body types.
