DON'T use this company TECHEXL. I had a HP laptop repaired last tear 2011 that needed a new charging port. The repair went well and even the cost was acceptable (75.00) parts and labor. What happened next was, the part went bad by the 31st day, that's when I discovered that the warranty was only for 30 days, and that they wanted to charge me a second time for the same repair. So I didn't get that repaired Because of the age of the Laptop so I brought a reconditioned Mac Book Pro. The charging port was going bad on this one as well, so I decided to give this company another try after all I try to give back to the neighborhood so I left my Mac Book Pro at the repair place back in Jan./Feb. 2012 all I wanted them to fix was the charging port. After leaving the Mac. with them. I have spoken with them only ounce back in Mar./April At that time they were very apologetic for not getting back with me and also said that they didn't order the part yet at that time I authorized them to go ahead with the repair. As of this date they have not fixed the Mac Book yet. After I waited the two weeks I still have not heard from TECHEXL. At this point it has been over 6months I have been leaving messages on their answering machine every week and no one has returned my call. SO DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
