MoCo Police Launch New Website

The new site will feature crime statistics and messages from district commanders.

The Montgomery County Police Department launched a brand new website Tuesday in the hopes that it will help them better connect with the community. While Montgomery County Police work hard to keep the community safe, residents can help by partnering with police, according to a video posted on the new site by Police Chief Thomas Manger. The new site will feature videos by district commanders alerting residents in their respective districts, crime statistics and resources such as the sex offender registry, active warrants and the crime solvers tip line where residents can feed detectives information. The old police website, which is housed on the county governement site is still live.
