Frank Robbins, Neighbor

Frank Robbins is the Weatherization Director for Spartan Green Energy, a division of Spartan Plumbing, Heating and Air.  Spartan Green Energy is a full-service weatherization contractor and performs energy audits, insulation, air sealing and HVAC replacement and service.   As an energy auditor he has performed over 250 energy audits and overseen energy retrofits on over 1500 homes.  He holds a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Washington University in St. Louis and has been a LEED AP since 2008. 

He lives with his wife and two sons in Forest Glen Maryland.
