I live in East Montgomery County -- you know, where the ICC ends.  Yes, we're at the end of the road, but at last, finally, there is a road to connect us to the rest of MC -- I mean without having to drive south to the Beltway, deal with all that on 495, and then north on 270 or 355 to do things with our fellow citizens in the county.   It's only been in the last few years that we've had a selection of restaurants -- prior to that, it was either head north to Columbia (Howard Co) or west to Rockville or Bethesda.  

I was born and raised in MC -- in Rockville, so I know how nice it is to have all those amenities and conveniences at your doorstep, and on your way to anywhere.   The ICC is terrific -- its great to have a reasonable commuting distance to most anywhere else in the county.  Too bad it took most of my life for the "outer beltway" - as it was originally planned to be -- to come about.  

I love the Washington area so this is home.  And a great place to live.  A happy camper.
