'Snowquester' 2013: Voices from Silver Spring

A few sights and sounds from Silver Spring on the day that many thought would bring a luscious white coating, when the town instead received a steady downpour of rain.

After many weather forecasters predicted that Washington, DC and its suburbs would be blanketed with snowfall, the light dusting that Silver Spring saw annoyed many of its residents.
