1. In the mood for a little jazz? David Bach is playing tonight at Veterans Plaza from 7-9 p.m. Find out more about the Silver Spring concert series and other performances going on this month.


2. The Planning Board is holding its fourth worksession on the White Oak Science Gateway Master Plan. The board will discuss implementation and staging for the plan during its meeting this afternoon at 8787 Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring.
